(Makes 8 Servings)



1/3 cup sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

6 cups 1/2-inch slices peeled pears (5 medium)

3 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Gingerbread Topping (below)



1. Heat oven to 375 deg. Mix sugar and cornstarch in large bowl. Add pears; toss to coat. Gently stir in water and lemon juice. Spread in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11x7x1 1/2 inches.



2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is bubbly around edges.

8 oz flour

8 oz milk

1 medium onion

8 thick sausages, {any kind}

2 medium chicken breast {sliced or diced

2 teaspoon olive oil.



~In a baking pan size, 5x8 add the olive oil &amp; put in oven on 200c leave for 5 mins &amp; prepare batter

~ In a bowl add flour milk &amp; eggs, whisk until smooth &amp; thick

~chop onion

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

1 can milk (use soup can)

Raw potatoes, sliced very thinly

Raw Onions, sliced very thinly

Salt and pepper to taste

8 slices American cheese



*Salt and pepper in between layers*

Cook Meat, set aside.  In a baking dish-place 1 layers of potatoes, 1 layer onions and 1/2 of cheese slices-add 1/2 meat.
