15g butter

1 onion finely chopped

1 small butternut squash, peeled &amp; chopped

2 rosemary spriggs, chopped

2 celery sticks, chopped

1 firm pear, chopped

200g pack, peeled &amp; cooked chestnuts, roughly chopped

2 slices walnut bread, around 100g, cut into small cubes



~ Heat the oil &amp; butter in a medium pan, add the onion, fry gently for 10mins

150g 6oz self rasin flour

half a teaspoon of salt

75g 3oz butter or margarine

75g 3oz cheese finely grated

1 egg &amp; 1 tablespoon of milk, beaten together

a small star shaped cutter

a greased baking sheet



Pre-heat oven to 200c 400f

			<description>Im going to be posting a few CHRISTMAS recipes &amp; picture's, here on the run up to cristmas, my idea was to make a recipe book with them, using page size 8x8.



Thing's you will need:

Zutter machine

x2 8x8 zutter board cover's

10 slightly smaller pages 

Anything you want to decorate your pages with.



If you do not have a zutter machine &amp; cant borrow or use one then DONT worry you can still do this project by using hole punches &amp; jump ring's.

250g 9oz icing suger

200g 8oz tin of condensed milk

175g 7oz desiccated coconut
