Post by Holly on Mon Oct 13, 2008 2:12 pm

350 degrees-1 hour

1 lb. Ground beef (I use Chuck)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can milk (use soup can)
Raw potatoes, sliced very thinly
Raw Onions, sliced very thinly
Salt and pepper to taste
8 slices American cheese

*Salt and pepper in between layers*
Cook Meat, set aside. In a baking dish-place 1 layers of potatoes, 1 layer onions and 1/2 of cheese slices-add 1/2 meat.
Layer again in same order.
Heat soup and milk to boiling and pour over the casserole.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour

That sounds pretty good, Holly! TFS! Don't know if I can find the exact same ingredients over here, but I'm sure I could find a substitution.
