Makes about 25 stars

150g 6oz self rasin flour
half a teaspoon of salt
75g 3oz butter or margarine
75g 3oz cheese finely grated
1 egg & 1 tablespoon of milk, beaten together
a small star shaped cutter
a greased baking sheet

Pre-heat oven to 200c 400f
~Sift flour & salt, add butter/margarine, rub til fine bread crumbs
~Use half the cheese in a bowl & mix the other half in the mixture
~Put into a cup, a tablespoon of the egg & milk mixture, mix the rest to make a dough
~Sprinkle some flour onto a work surface & roll the dough
~Cut as many shapes close together as possible, use the scrap's & roll out the dough for more star's
~Once all the stars are cut, use the rest of the milk & egg mixture to brush over the stars
~Sprinkle the cheese & bake for 8-10 mins.
