Fur Babies Empty Fur Babies

Post by Duskie Fri Nov 14, 2008 3:35 am

Okay, I can't take it anymore! I want to see pictures of all the fur babies you all have! Smile

You have all met Shadow, who is still very sick and at the vets. I'm probably going to be very sick when I see the bill, but she knows I really don't have the money for this and is willing to take payments. Bless her heart! I just can't let him go!

Here is our fat cat Callie. She is my DF cat. His ex wife had her and moved to a place where she couldn't have animals so we took her.

And this is our baby Mushroom. She's about a year old now and still very small. I'm hoping she gets bigger! She is a trouble maker! Will play with anything she can get to move!

oh they are so cute. Well we have our stupid cat Missi who is 8 years old now. She hates me unless she thinks I am sleeping, then she insists on sleeping on my face. She was a gift from my friend and was always my cat until 4 yrs ago, my DH suffered 4 strokes and when he came home from the hospital, she switched loyalties to him LOL.

lol! Well they are pretty crazy at times!! She's a flake & very "Miss Priss"... always grooming herself. He's built like a brick & is SO cool... he's got no tail (member of the Manx family). They run around the house, chasing each other all the time... knocking things over in their path!

Fur Babies Empty Re: Fur Babies

Post by Robin G Sun Nov 16, 2008 3:16 am

YES, am I crazy or what? LOL.
So here's what happened. We used to have two dogs (the min pin and a cocker spaniel, my little 'richie bug' who died last year). Turbo (min pin) got lonely...so while were talking of getting a new dog...my soon-to-be-husband, and I mean, soon like in 30 min, lol) mentioned it to the dog-loving minister lady who married us. WHILE she was marrying us, she said 'Turbo called me today and said he wants a little brother, so you need to get him one when you get home' LOL!
(have a picture of my face, in a "WHAT?" expression, when she started with this)...so....anyway,
we get home...and adopted a dog next day is it happens (was supposed to be at work, but got put on call, and therefore was home on the day the dog adoptions take place in our county)!
So we come home with Pandora (little black/tan mutt girl)...and she's beautiful, and loving, and all...craziness hyper and all! shew!
But we love her.
Well...my D(now)H, has always wanted a Great Dane. And WHY? he was looking online for aNOTHER puppy? Who knowS? lol. But he found her. So the other (now big) puppy joined us a short month later...
Lots of puppy-goodness&craziness at our house ever since!

All that cuz Turbo wanted a brudda, LOL!
And that's the 'short' story, lol!

Im lucky, my catz are house trainned, they might have a little accident here and there but its easily cleaned, duke is really good too apart from the fact we are trying to teach him to get off the furniture unless he is invited, he is learning, v.quickly!!!

well, it does get crazy here, lol. We have no furniture in our living room. And we picked some out, and keep debating on when to get it. The other day, the dogs were rip-racing around the house, and that room just gets used as their 'play room' if you will, lol.
I told DH, we can't get real furniture in that room now, where would the dogs play? Smile We need a bigger house, lol.
