Rain and Hail today!

All right, I know that the rest of you are dealing with some major weather conditions such as snow and sleet...and power outages. So you aren't going to feel sorry for me at all when I tell you that we had a deluge today that even included hail, thunder and lightening. This is rare for us (I live on the coast in northern california....across the bay from San Francisco). We really need the rain but this was ridiculous. I got an order from FedEx today and the poor guy actually had to walk through a curtain of rain that was falling down from the gutters. My dh cleaned the gutters 2 weeks ago but the rain was so heavy they couldn't keep up. I felt sorry for the Fedex guy!! Happily, he delivered my order from JoAnns crafts which was mostly cutting blades for my trimmer..and were desperatly needed. No more tearing when I cut my paper...woo hoo!
