Good Morning... 1/2 Way to the Weekend!

Good Morning, Ladies!!

Just wanted to pop in before heading off to work! Should be a fairly short day for me... only a couple of cake orders that I know of. This afternoon, I'm hoping to get some creative "ME" time! I really like a couple of the challenges/sketches posted, and I want to give them a try!

i really don't have much of anything going on this week until the weekend so it will be cleaning, creating, cleaning, creating, creating, cleaning creating mess.

Stayed home with DD again today, as she's been sick. She seems to be doing a lot better though, so tomorrow we're off to work/daycare again.
I did manage to get some stuff done around the house today, like vacuuming, 3 loads of laundry, dishes and stuff like that. After all that work I was worth some scrap time, right?! So I altered a tea box today. Posted in the gallery if you're curious!

I'm just trying to get to FRIDAY -- that's when I go to CKC (Creating Keepsakes Conference) here in Kansas City -- I will be attending classes and shopping in the Vendor Faire on Friday and Saturday. I'm so excited !!

I'm taking classes from Paper Crafts, Basic Gray, Rusty Pickles and Piggy Tales!

Helen -- I hope your daughter is feeling better soon, as we all know my daughter is having a rough time right now too!

I`ve had a busy day at work today, and I can`t wait to get into my scrap room and start create something.
I entered a scrapping competition in Norway, thinking we should scrap our own pictures....but no!!!!
The first assignment is to scrap a really psycho picture, not allowed to use any other picture at all.....
I was this close to leaving the competition, but I`m going to give it a try.... thinking I can change the picture after the contest.....
So I need to work on that... deadline is Saturday....

I don`t understand why we can`t use our own pictures, but it should be interesting to see what we are suppose to scrap next week...if it`s only pictures like this, then I`m out...!!!!

Yes I can assure you it was, but after I`m allowed to publish it, I`ll post my LO with this psycho picture on the board....
