Pumpkin soup

This is DELICIOUS!!!! & definatly need's a warm butterd crusty bread roll!!!

Ingredient's

1 small pumpkin
chicken stock 3 cups
3 cups of water
6 tablespoons of butter
thyme
1 small parsnip
1 medium potatoe
1 small turnip
2 small shallots
3 tablespoons double cream
1 teaspoon of light brown suger
salt & pepper.

~Boil pumpkin, potatoe, parsnip & turnip in the 3 cups of water, until soft.
~Add the rest of the ingridients, EXCEPT the stock.
~Simmer for about 30-40 mins.
~Blend all together & add stock.
~Simmer for about 15 min's.
~add salt & pepper {optional}

It is the best & it is more-ish!!

I cannot wait for the pumpkin's to come out, im so ready to make this soup.
