BOM007 ~ A Tough Topic

This is simple, but hard. Scrap about something you've been through that has been hard for you. A disease, a divorce, a family death, a difficult choice you made, etc. Be sure to include what this has done to change who you are.

First of all I have an Aniety disorder too plus battle with depression! Hard to share but thanks Megan! Also I have not scrapped about my sons father death....It has been 7 1/2 years now...but I am not sure I want to yet...but know I should as Trevor never knew his dad and I would like him to know the good parts of him!

I cannot imagine how hard that has to be for your Jennifer. You do it when you feel ready.

I'm with you about depression. I've struggled with it since my parents divorced and it seems like every month I go through a rough bought of it and then it'll pass.

I agree with Christi, Jennifer...that had (and has) to be hard!! Certainly something to be ready to document. But you make a good point, when you say you want Trevor to know things about his Daddy...he will cherish that always when he's old enough:)

Depression is such a struggle!! So hard!!! We both (DH and I) suffer. I think it's much more common than most people realize! I should scrap about it too....I bet it's good therapy!

Thank you all for sharing! I find scrapping is such good therapy which is why I posted the challenge. Remember, even if you don't want to scrap it yet, you can always come back to the challenge at a later date.
