WHAT???????????????
I just sold my blue zutter machine on ebay & they have held my payment, until the buyer leaves positive feedback OR 21 days have passed with out a dispute or claim??
Ive done nothing wrong, so im not sure why this is happening, but it seem's a little unfair, i have to send my item to a complete stranger without payment, & then i may not get my payment, & he get's his item??
wtf???

Re: WHAT???????????????
He's paid me, it's on hold by paypal, for what reason im unsure of???
I have'nt sent the parcel yet either.
On one page it say's....
"Payment Review has been completed and a temporary hold has been placed on this transaction.
Please post the item right away. We'll release the funds when one of the following occurs:
you receive positive feedback from the buyer
it's been 21 days since the payment date and you haven't received a dispute, claim, chargeback, or reversal on the transaction being held"
And on the "payment review" page it say's.....
"During Payment Review, it is important that you do not to ship the item. The result of the review will be emailed to you shortly and listed in your Account Overview and History pages"
I dont know what to do????
*What's an E-cheque?*

Re: WHAT???????????????
Still Do Not post!
you could contact the buyer and explain you will be posting until this restriction is lifted, they then might shed some light on it!
Sometimes if you have sold XXX £ or $ they get you to review payment for trying to remember if its tax or fraud,so when you review its updated and cleared
This person could also be on review or sometimes if alot been spent on your account they stop it in case of fraud ID
e-cheque should come up in your funds paypal details on transaction,ie instant payment ,e cheue or they are sending payment
Is it a Uk address also!
E-cheque is when you do not have enough funds in your paypal account ,so you then pay using your credit/debit card ,but it then takes days to trans from bank to paypal account, but it with say EC and also notifiy it is cleared and you can post

DO Not Sent! until its sorted
The other person might be at fault, that reason would not alter your account re feedback at all
Have you by any chance: er, take a look at customer, click on there name ,now go to THERE feedback and have a scroll through to see there activity !!!and feedback!!

Re: WHAT???????????????
If he/she paid by E-Cheque.....that is the hold...it takes a week to ten days to clear an E-cheque! If they have a verified bank account..they used that to pay-not a credit card/debit card so it is held to make sure it clears! Explain as soon as the funds are released you will ship.....the buyer can stop payment on an E-cheque so do not ship yet!
Hold on E-cheques are normal!
I recently went to E-cheque for my own payments and when I sold on Ebay...I received them often! Good Luck and be patient!
