Coconut Mice {sweet} Empty Coconut Mice {sweet}

This recipe is from one of my recipe book's & is great to make with your children & for your recipe book we are making....

Makes 8 large, 5 small mice
250g 9oz icing suger
200g 8oz tin of condensed milk
175g 7oz desiccated coconut
red food dye
sweets for ears, {white chocalate buttons}
silver cake decorating balls {eyes
red liquorice bootlaces {for tails}

~Mix the icing suger & condensed milk together in a bowl, put mixture into 2 bowl's.
~Add a few drops of red dye in one bowl & a few more in the other.
~Dip a clean tablespoon into some water & let it drip, then lift out a big spoonfull of the mixture.
~Pat the spoonful smooth on top. turn the spoon over & put onto a piece of plastic foodwrap
~Pinch a nose at the thinner end of the spoon, then add sweets for ears & balls for eyes
~Push a piece of liquorice under the shape, for the tail.
~Leave to harden
