Do You Prefer Brads or Eyelets?

.....and which is your favorite tool to use with them?

I used to be a huge brads fan! I have oodles and oodles of them. Now that I have a Crop-a-dile I use alot of eyelets too.

i use either very little. maybe cuz i have the caveman tools. lol

Caveman tools???? LOL.....that is too funny.....

ok ok, hammer and wood board....close enough? ha!

I prefer brads over eyelets. I just use my Paper Piercer to make the holes for the brads. I do have eyelets too, and both a Silent Setter and a Crop-A-Dile, but I just don't use them... need some inspiration for them!

I have both & amy i have caveman tool's too, but i love them cant see myself buying a crop o dile, although i want a big bite, cant see myself buying when i have tools for the job, kwim?

I went through a BIG phase of collecting eyelet's & brads so now i have tons of them & its 1 of those thing that i just keep on buying, although i do use brads more.

I just recently lightened my eyelet stash to you jennifer, but i dont mind becoz i have way too many anyway's!!!

I use both eyelets & brads, but definately more brads... mostly just to add a bit of texture & dimension on a page or card... not necessisarily hold anything down. I have a crop-a-dile and use that for punching holes & setting eyelets, but I use my caveman tools for making holes for brads.

Sarah I have both the cropodile and the big bite and I use them both equally....LOVE that I can punch thru anything with either one! I still have the caveman ones too and the silent setter but for BRADS I too, use my paper piercer!

I have eyelets in every color and every shade!! But I too have the caveman tools so I don't use them much. I usually scrapbook when kids are in bed and that would wake them up! So because of that I use brads alot. I use a needle to pook the holes. I don't have many brads though. I go threw them pretty quick.

I tend more towards brads for sure. But still have lots of eyelets. And since I have a crop-a-dile now, I find myself considering/using more eyelets as well.

I buy all my brads in one color or whatever is CHEAP and I paint them.....just thought I would throw that in!

I use both a lot but probably more brads than eyelets.

Sure makes it a ton easier! Take that white foam that comes under brads (the fancy ones) and poke them in....paint your needed color of acrylic paint....let dry thoroughly! apply to your project!
