SNOW????

I couldn't believe my eyes this morning! I had to wake to take the dogs out at 430 this morning...puppies you know. And I'm standing on the deck, hearing 'tink....tink....tink....' and looking at the railing, there is crispy white flakes of something...lol. I couldn't believe it was actually SNOW already!!!
Has me excited, maybe school will be late or something! (I have to give a test, my students will probably appreciate it, lol)!
Have you ladies had snow yet?
I live in Western NC...we get some snow occasionally over winter...but it's still October!!!

EECCKKK...we get snow around FEBRUARY and later but I certainly don't like the white stuff!

No & im sad to hear the rest of the world gets snow cept here, *pouting* lol.

But im use to it now, every year i hope & pray for snow & it always comes in febuary!!!

This year for once im hoping it WONT snow, im having my windows replaced in febuary & i dont want them to put it off any longer becoz of the weather, lol.

That would be just typical, all these yrs i been praying for snow & i bet we get a bucket load in febuary when this yr i dont want it.

Even my Kids don't like it here......too COLD to even play in it....your nose hairs freeze when you go outside...we are not large fans of it! UGH....AND kids rarely miss school when it snows sooooooo we just have to stay in and play board games as we always are without power....not fun, wish it was!

They were threatening "flurries" this morning, but I haven't ventured a look out yet. I am definately not a snow fan! Born & raised in New England, you think I'd be used to it, but I just don't like being THAT cold or having to drive in it!

i woke up to heavy frost here and since it had been raining the ground looks icy and heavy. lol the dog was walking around crunching in the grass. makes for a bitter cold morning...burrr! i wouldn't be surprised if we don't see snow soon as they have been calling for it around here.

Well the snow was funny today here! I posted about it under Duskie's reply with her pictures from a storm last year...you should see...scary!!
