How do you scrap? What is your routine? What's the creative process for you?

First, I decide what "assignment" I want to work on - I start with inspiration from either a challenge, a contest, a technique I want to try or a sketch. Next, I choose the photos I want to scrap. The next step is creating the title and the journaling (which I usually write out on scrap paper if it's more than just a little blurb). Then it's time to pick out paper and cardstock. Finally, I pull out all sorts of embellishments that I think will work on the page and I go from there!

I find i work from a sketch better so if there is'nt one i already have for inspiration then i surf the net for idea's & make a new sketch, then i just go like a duck to water a new sketch is alway's very inspiring to me.

I get inspired in different ways. Sometimes a sketch, certainly a challenge, sometimes pics! Or even just some cool idea/theme I want to do. But then I usually want a sketch to give an idea of how to put it all 'down' the way I want it. Love sketches! Next comes color choices, and picking out paper, then the embellishments and die cuts and such. Then after I've picked over it a million times (I'm my own worst critic!)...I love to look at my finished product a gazillion times. Makes me feel good to finish something:)

i don't think i have a 'routine' but i do like to gain a bit of inspiration or a creative idea to try before i sit down...otherwise i just push stuff around for HOURS! lol

i start with a photo and then choose papers...then (as i have my elements stored in photo boxes by colors) i start pulling color options out and go through each color possible and lay embellies that MIGHT work...

in the end...it's terrible....very messy. lol

Sometimes I work with sketches and sometimes I just come up with the LO as I go. I tend to choose my picture first and then select papers that match the picture. Then on to the embellies, title etc.

I start with the pictures and go from there unless I am doing a challenge.

I usually start with the title or the journaling, that goes with the picture...
I can`t scrap at all, until I have a match between the title/journaling and the picture...
I love to scrap nice poems that goes with the picture.... ❤

When all that is in place, the rest just kind of live it`s own life!!!!
