You know that song...walking in the winter wonderland.... it just came on the tv, an advert, im confussed about who parson's brown should be?

Yeah christmas is creeping in, lol.

the one in the song is simply a made up name. "Parson" is just another word for "minister". The song is not talking about a person named Parson, it's talking about the local church pastor. Parson Brown was also the minister in "Frosty the Snowman" that married Frosty and Crystal. It's just an old fashion term. Like John Doe.

Frosty the Snowman is a children's Christmas/Holiday special on tv (can get it on dvd now to).

I am not sure I would go buy the DVD as iI am sure it will come on TV at least 10 times during the Christmas Season!
