Where Do You Get Your Stamps?

Do you buy mostly online or get what you can fromyour LSS or Michaels, Hobby Lobby?

I buy alot of my stamps online as I like alot of the newer company's like GinaK, Bella, MFT.

Mostly online -- Whipper Snapper, Papertrey Ink, Stampin' Up, Verve, Cornish Heritage Farm(Kim Hughes stamps), A Muse, CC Designs (All that Scrap)...

i don't buy a lot of stamps but when i do buy them, it is online. i don't have a scrap store closer than 30-40 minutes away from me and the one that is there isn't that great.

Online, i just bought some cats life press, unmounted, thought they were like the clear ones, but it's just the red/brownish rubber!

Now i need to buy some more block's i can stick them too!!

Do you use acrylic block or do you permenantly stick them to wood?

I use the acrylic block's for the sticky clear stamp's, im going to have to buy some more for these new ones becoz they are not sticky or clear, it's just the red/brownish part of the stamp you get on wooden ones. kwim?

i just use the clear acrylic blocks as i have the clear acrylic stamps. i have a small collection of the wood mounted stamps but rarely use them. i think i am spoiled by the "see through" ability to postion them just right.

I used buy a lot of Stampin' Up stamps, but haven't seen a catalog in a while. Now, I get them from Michael's, AC Moore or other local places. However, they don't have as many choices as some on-line places. Of course, it's all mute now, since I'm on s spending freeze! :P

I buy them where ever I see some I like! I have thousands......I LOVE the red rubber ones on acrylic.....but I have some on wood as well! I have two large notebooks of acrylic ones but tend to stick with the rubber ones mostly! I removed about 1/2 from wood and use them with acrylic blocks now...I like the clear/easy to line up feature! BTW to remove, heat in the microwave for about 15 seconds and they peel right off the wood! Then apply an easy mount material and you are ready to go!

I have several clear stamps using acrylic blocks to mount them on. I have some red rubber wood mounted stamps, don't use them as often probably.

Why do'nt you mount them on EZ Mount?

I have all my bellas, and High Hopes stamps mounted on them and I use them all with Acrylic blocks too! I can show you a pic if you want!

I love ezmount too! All my bellas, high hopes....and I have alot of bellas!

I buy 90% or more of my stamps from online stores, all over the world!!!

I love all the ART stamps you can get online!!!!!

I wil be getting stamps in my store!!!! It is just taking awhile to get my inventory as I am doing this with no $$$$

I order most of them online.

Oh that is a great set of photos for that! Sarah, you buy the EZ mount....sticky on both sides- and stick your red rubber stamp on one side....and the other side is removable clingy for acrylic blocks. It is NOT Cheap stuff.....but fabulous for making the red rubber stamps usable with acrylic blocks!!!! WORTH the investment!

I go to s SU class once a month so I have some of those and the rest of my clear acrylics iIhave gotten mainly from monthly kits from other boards.

I have some rubber sheets of stamps - don't ez mount tho - just stick to the block with a li'l bit of glue stick & then soap & water clean up afterwards - is that too lazy?
