Aw, Dawn, I'm sorry that happened! I think your cakes are so pretty (& some very cute!) I've been extremely lucky with my customers at DQ... I have received 2 forwarded emails from happy customers! My boss said the 1st since he's been working there... 10 years!!

I to have gotten messages about our cakes. I send my boss pictures all the time (she's in WV, I'm in Ohio) all in all she likes my cakes and we all share ideas. She has 7 stores now. It's really hard to please people sometimes, but for the most part I think I do okay.

I had one person who wanted me to send a cake to Flordia! Could you imagine? People are so stupid sometimes!

OH Geeze... just what I need! DON'T send her to me! ROFL I wouldn't let her get to you, Dawn. You do nice work, and just because she doesn't appreciate it doesn't make her right. If she thinks she can do better, tell her to go make her OWN cakes!! I don't think people realize that we are restricted on what we can do, because we don't have the option of using things like royal icing and making the conisistency just right. That whipped icing has a mind of it's own sometimes!!

you are not kidding about that icing!! Do you ever have trouble getting it to set up sometimes? Alot of time we will put the bowl in the flash freezer for a few and that helps alot!

I will have to make one tomorrow when I go in... didn't have time yesterday. I only start out with one & see how it sells before making more. Last month, I made one of those Peppermint Flip Chip things & sold one for an order and the other has been sitting there since.

Mine to! It's marked down and still can't get rid of it! Oh well, won't have to worry about it next year. We won't have that blizzard!

The DQ here is only opened in the Summer....doesn't even have an indoor dining area...tiny OLD place!

Thats how one of the store are in WV. They are big on cake sales though. They only serve hot dogs and chips and tons of DQ!
