Do you use only scrapping supplies on your pages (meaning products specifically made for scrapping) or do you use various memorabilia or ephemera found around the house or other craft supplies? If you do use non-scrapping supplies on your pages, do you worry about them not being acid-free?

I sometimes use non-scrappy items on my pages - like tickets, playing cards, clothing tags, Post-It notes, etc. I do like to make sure my pages are acid-free and archival safe, so I spray all my non-scrappy items with Archival Mist to make sure they are safe for my pages.

I will use any and everything! I was a mixed media artist way before I ever started scrapping soooooo I have boxes and boxes of odds and ends to use on projects! I Love searching for the items also! Diggin through yard sales and thrift stores is 1/2 of the fun!

I have used stuff from other 'non-scrappy' sources as well. I tend to not worry about the acid-free thing. I'm more into enjoying my 'stuff' as I make it. If it is something I really want to last forever though...then I spray it.

I try to keep my pages as acid-free as possible. I've been looking for the Archival mist, but haven't found it anywhere in Sweden yet. Jorunn, do you know if you can find it anywhere in Scandinavia?
