I am currently part of a sketch class on another site, which leads me to today's question.

Do you like sketches? Why or why not? Do you follow them verbatim or use them as more of a suggestion?

I LOVE sketches! For me, page composition is one of the most challenging part of scrapping and sketches really help me in this area. I use sketches as more of a base and adjust them to fit my photos and journaling.

I do love sketches! I usually try and follow them....I am not sure if I do it exactly like they are but I think it gets my mojo going great!

I love sketch's & i use them alot, can you tell, lol.

But most of the time i follow then, sometimes i use them for inspiration, & sometimes i intend to use them for a lift & it ends up completly different!!!

I like sketches......I use them maybe once a month or so......I still turn them and change them some to make my own!

I LOVE sketches! Love sketch-sites too! I tend to use them fairly true to how they are drawn. But sometimes I rotate them, or flip, or just use for inspiration. Like Jennifer, they get your mojo going, love that!

Let's clarify that it is not the Austin powers mojo either! The scrapping mojo

I like sketches,but always go so not planned and diversify with my layouts,but ....

I am obsessed with sketches. I'm almost to the point where I can't do a card/layout without them. Sad...I know...

I think that is is great becuase then you can get more ideas by looking at sketches!

I agree with Jennifer! I've found more and more it's great inspiration, even if the finished product looks totally different than the sketch. It's a great starting-off point!
