Are you hosting any Holiday meals this year?

I am not....my mom is doing Thanksgiving for all of us and we will be here for Christmas...or at least that is the current plan!

Holiday Meals? Empty Re: Holiday Meals?

Post by Duskie Fri Nov 07, 2008 9:42 pm

I don't cook. We usually go to WV and visit DF family, but this year I want to go Christmas shopping the day after so we will be going to my mom's this year. I plan on being in bed around 7 that day! We'll see....
Last year, we got home around midnight, got to be around 1:30 and was up at 3:00am to go to a town a half hour from here to get cell phones and mp3 players for the kids and rushed back to go open the store and then work a full shift. I am NOT doing that this year!! I'm going to bed early AND taking the day off work!!

We usually cook Thanksgiving meal together {dreamy face inserted here}. And I'm working Christmas and New Years, but have two weeks off in December just before that, we are going on holiday (happy dance here)...and all I know about that is that Rum will be involved, lol.
