Todd wants to wait to put ours up this weekend. I'm ready to just get it up and over with. I am going to start pulling items in from the closet outside though.

Re: Oh christmas tree!!
We just set ours up tonight, but haven't decorated yet.
LOL@Holly....I'm afraid of the same...being ready for it to be down, before it's even decorated.
Jennifer...my MIL told me a tip (for dogs anyway, not sure for cats?) about using REAL cotton balls (not the synthetic kind), and soaking them in milk to get you dog to eat it, and it absorbs the glass, if they break an ornament, and swallow pieces of it.
I'm prepared, but I hope I don't need to test the tip out.
YIKES!

Re: Oh christmas tree!!
I LOVE my tree....and always leave it up until the last weekend in January....but the funk got me sooooo bad yesterday, I just want the house clean and back to normal! I Christmas shopped today sooooo I am in a better mood and so glad the tree is finished and ready for more prezzies!
Re: Oh christmas tree!!
No place to put ours. This apartment is so small, that dh is going to have to move a chair & table out of our living "area" (not even a whole room) in order to make room for the tree. Maybe next weekend, when I'm off work, we'll put it up.
Re: Oh christmas tree!!
I have to totally shift the Living room around to the left to fit ours in!!!! I really don't like that part!
Re: Oh christmas tree!!
Well, problem is, we can only fit a love seat, chair, sm table & tv stand in our living area... so take away a chair... 6 people... you do the math! LOL
